1. Make Proposal Agreements Required

    • Proposal Agreements are documents that the customer must check off and acknowledge before they can complete the eSignature process.  These agreements are typically Terms and Conditions or Health and Safety forms.  A toggle has been added to determine if the Proposal Agreement is required with every proposal that is sent.

  2. Apply Payment Filters

    • When creating a new payment, the available invoices can be filtered by Office, Invoice Number, Job Number, Job Name, and/or PO number on the Invoice. 

  3. Customer Email Filter on Customer Search Page

    • The customer’s email address is now a searchable filter on the customer search page.

  4. Notes Required on Bid Adjustment

    • A new notes field has been added to the bid adjustment popup on the bid worksheet.  This field will be required to have something added to submit a bid adjustment.  The notes are used to show why an adjustment was made when viewing the adjustment history.
