Re-Exporting Invoices to QuickBooks
JobPro will update the invoice search for QuickBooks Online to include the exported date and last updated date. JobPro will allow users to select invoices to re-export and update the existing invoices in QuickBooks, including the invoice items and line items. There will be a confirmation alert when any invoices are selected to be re-exported. The confirmation alert will include the following statement. "You are about to re-export Invoices and their associated Invoice Items. Any changes you may have made to these within QuickBooks may be overwritten. JobPro is only responsible for the integrity of data entered into JobPro."
Export Credit Memos
JobPro has created a new area with the QuickBooks Integration screen to export credit memos. Exported credit memos will then be able to be applied to open invoices. Credit memos that are sent into QuickBooks prior to being applied will have the ability to be updated once applied to an invoice within JobPro. When you apply a credit memo to QuickBooks it creates a $0 payment linking the two together. Deleting the payment un-applies the credit memo. Applied credit memo is currently available for QuickBooks Online.
Multi-Selecting Invoices and Customer Statements to Generate and Print
JobPro users will now have the ability to select multiple invoices and customer statements to generate and print. On the Invoice search and Customer search pages, there will be a box to the left of the invoices/customers that will allow users to select to generate their batch entries. Once the user selects the customers/invoices, they can click on the “Batch Statements” or “Batch Invoices” to generate their batch customer statements or invoices. Users will also have the ability to send the customer statements/invoices as well. Also, there is a new “Job Address” search field on the invoice search page.
Retainage On AIA Invoice
JobPro has updated our AIA document to display the retainage value based on what the user has set that retainage value to. If a user creates a 12% retainage invoice, then the AIA document will display 12% as the retainage value.
Adjusting the Effective Date on Pick Lists After Entering
JobPro will allow users to modify the effective date on picked items on a pick list. Users will only have the ability to edit the date inside of an open operational period. Users will not be able to change the effective date to a closed period or to a period that does not exist.
