1. Permissions on Items Page

    • JobPro has added three permissions to the system to allow users to have access to turn on / off tabs on the item page.  The tabs are Main, Offices, and Pricing.

  2. Projected Job Profit Report Updates

    • Two filters have been updated and a new filter has been added. The job type and job status filters are now multi-select options where the user can select more than one option at a time to filter the report. An estimated job start date range has been added.

  3. Invoice/Sales Summary Reports

    • JobPro has updated the Invoice and Sales Summary Report to give users a better experience.  JobPro has merged these into one report to streamline the user’s workflow process.

  4. Update to Change Order Process

    • JobPro has updated the Change Order process, when a change order is created, JobPro will display the items from the job on the bid worksheet as slightly greyed-out.  This will allow the user to see what was originally quoted.  Users will also be able to utilize the new swap items button which will be greyed out to allow users to swap existing items.  Existing items can be deleted or edited, and if an original item is edited the item will no longer be greyed out.  The change order will take effect when the change order is finalized.  The proposal to the customer will display all deductions and additions from the original quote.  The work order and tech platform will only display the approved total quantities for each.  This setting has to be turned on for each organization by JobPro.  When an org is activated for the new change orders a transition date needs to be set, this prevents old bids and change orders from applying wrong. If the initial bid was created before the transition date, it will use the old method.
