Enhancements and Updates
1. Schedular Update
Our Scheduler has been updated to include a new view while in the ‘Week’ mode. This new view is named ‘Equipment View’ and can be found at the top of the scheduler.
In this view, crews will be removed from the left side and replaced with only equipment names, for which the display order of the equipment can be arranged by an administrator. A new search has been added to the left side of the scheduler where the scheduler can filter employees by their name or employee number.
Employees can then be dragged from the left side of the scheduler and placed on a job as a crewmember. Once an employee is placed on a job, their name will show below the job name and number. Moving employees to a job will not prevent them from being scheduled to another job, however by selecting their name from the lefthand side you will see the jobs they are scheduled to. Unassigned employees will also filter to the top of the list. Both the left and right-side panels on the scheduler are now collapsible so that users can have a larger view.
