1. Invoice Filters on the Apply Payment Page

    • JobPro has added filters to the Apply Payment Page to allow users to select different offices and allow users to search by invoice number, job number, job name, and PO number.

  2. New Convert to Template Button

    • JobPro has created a button to allow users to create a bid and convert that bid into a template.  When this button is clicked on a pop-up window will appear allowing the user to name the template, give the template a description, and label a category to the template.  Template cannot have the same name as the Bid itself, this is due to the Cloned bid having the same name as the template and you cannot have multiple bids with the same name.  The Add Template page has been constructed to look exactly like the Bid Worksheet.  

  3. R-value on Takeoff Import

    • An R-value column has been added to the import takeoff sheet that allows users to implement R-values on takeoffs.

  4. AIA Document Certification for Payment

    • JobPro has created an AIA Final button on the Job Information tab. This will allow users to bill the final retainage invoice to their respective customers.
